William Hill, one of the internet’s largest online casino companies, has just announced it will launch a new poker room for the Italian market. The new poker room will operate under the iPoker Network that is operated by Playtech.
The competition is stiff in Italy and with other poker rooms like PokerStars already controlling a large portion of the poker action in Italy William Hill wants to add a poker room to its casino and sportsbook products already in operation there. Currently William Hill has managed to do well with the Italian market and the addition of a new product such as the poker room will only enhance brand awareness.
William Hill operates all of its products using the Playtech software. They are established and have had years to perfect how they operate and the promotions they know work best for players. This includes different markets such as Italy.
It is unknown the exact launch date of the new poker room but it is suffice to say that it shall garner some strong attention once it is release. It is expected William Hill will be aggressive with their promotions to generate traffic once it is released.
